The underlying formula for Wokeness starts with generating an entitlement complex and then turning it into group identity and critical theory. It goes like this:

The entitlement complex at the heart of Woke is leveraged by getting the entitled "losers" to believe that the only reason they're losers is because the socially relevant "dominant" group has rigged the system for its own benefit at their exclusion. That is, make the entitlement complex the basis for believing a narrative of class antagonism (Marxian conflict theory).

(5) Get the entitled individuals to "retract their alienation into themselves" so they "supersede themselves"

This is an instruction from Marx, who took it from Hegel (in his own words). The idea is to leave behind individual identity in favor of group identification by believing your entitlements aren't being met because you're a member of the disfavored/oppressed group in the class antagonism narrative.

The program, then, is to get people to have an entitlement complex about their lives and to feel alienated from their rightful inheritance in life (their entitlement) by an oppressive system that favors some groups but not theirs. They're then to identify with that sense of alienation and understand themselves in terms of the alienated group identity.

Once that happens, politics is identity-based, rooted in whichever socially relevant identity categories are at the heart of the theoretical model of alienation (sociognostic explanation for life being unfair).

The critical theory follows from believing the system is self-reinforcing and cannot be defeated on its own terms but only by rendering critiques from the outside.

Woke means "waking up" to THIS consciousness about life, the world, society, the self, and the role of the self in society and the world. It is called a "critical consciousness" and is intrinsically collectivist (individual will is subordinated to the group agenda).
