11. Hot Soup Laughter
One day in an online laughter yoga class, I learned a funny exercise called "Hot Soup Laughter." The teacher said to imagine you just drank a bowl of very hot and spicy soup, so hot that you stick out your tongue.
I followed along, sticking out my tongue and shaking my wrists up and down like I was trying to cool my tongue. At first, I felt a little shy, but seeing the other students seriously "cooling" their tongues made me feel more relaxed.
The amazing thing was, as I shook my hands and laughed "Ha! Ha! Ha!", I really felt like I had been burned by something spicy. That hot and funny feeling made me laugh louder and louder.
This exercise made me realize that laughing can be so simple. With a little imagination and some physical movement, you can turn small things in life into a source of happiness. Next time I drink hot soup, I will definitely remember this "Hot Soup Laughter" and have a good laugh.

某日在線上大笑瑜珈課堂上,學到一個有趣的「Hot Soup Laughter」。老師說,想像你剛喝了一碗熱騰騰、辣呼呼的湯,燙得你直伸舌頭。
我就照著做,把舌頭伸出來,然後像被燙到一樣,手腕上下甩動,好像要趕走舌頭上的熱氣。一開始有點不好意思,但看著旁邊的同學也都很認真地在「散熱」,就覺得放鬆多了。
神奇的是,當我一邊甩手、一邊發出「哈!哈!哈!」的笑聲時,真的感覺好像被辣到一樣,那種又燙又好笑的感覺,讓我忍不住越笑越大聲。
這個練習讓我發現,原來大笑可以這麼簡單,只要一點想像力,加上一點肢體動作,就能把生活中的小事變成快樂的泉源。以後喝熱湯的時候,我一定會想起這個「Hot Soup Laughter」,讓自己笑一笑。
