Red Guy: Oh, look. Most of those circles are red.
Blue Guy: Whoa, you owe that blue circle an apology.
Red Guy: What, why?
Blue Guy: There's a blue one right there.
Red Guy: Yeah?
Blue Guy: Right there, bottom right.
Red Guy: I see it.
Blue Guy: So why would you say that?
Red Guy: Say what?
Blue Guy: That they're red.
Red Guy: Most of them are red.
Blue Guy: But that one's blue.
Red Guy: Correct. We agree.
Blue Guy: No, we don't.
Red Guy: What are we disagreeing on?
Blue Guy: The blue one!
Red Guy: I agree that it's blue!
Blue Guy: Okay, so you're changing your answer.
Red Guy: No!
Blue Guy: It's fine. People make mistakes.
Red Guy: There's a dozen circles. Eleven of them are red. One is blue. That means most of them
are red.Blue Guy: According to who?
Red Guy: Numbers?
Blue Guy: You counted them.
Red Guy: Yes!
Blue Guy: Including all of them?
Red Guy: Yes!
Blue Guy: Including the blue ones?
Red Guy: specially the blue ones.
Blue Guy: And you're still saying red.
Red Guy: Mostly red.
Blue Guy: You keep adding "mostly."
Red Guy: It was in my first sentence!
Blue Guy: You don't have to yell because I found something.
Red Guy: You didn't find anything. It's a blue circle in a white background. It's not hiding.
Blue Guy: Then why didn't you mention it?
Red Guy: I did! By saying "most"!
Blue Guy: That's a weird way to say "blue."
Red Guy: Okay. What does "most" mean to you?
Blue Guy: The majority.
Red Guy: Great. And which color is the majority?
Blue Guy: Here? I wouldn't want to disregard any color.
Red Guy: Oh my gosh, that wasn't the question. It was about which color is showing up the most.
Blue Guy: You can't just ignore evidence because you don't like it.
Red Guy: I've acknowledged that blue circle more than my own check engine light.
Blue Guy: And yet you won't talk about it.
Red Guy: It's all we've been talking about.
Blue Guy: I didn't want to resort to this, but...
Red Guy: What?
Blue Guy: I went to school for blue things, and that certainly is the color blue.
Red Guy: I don't even know what that means.
Blue Guy: Count on one, two, three, four years.
Red Guy: Studying blue?
Blue Guy: Well, the first two years were general colors, then I specialized.
Red Guy: Listen, I'm not questioning whether you know what blue is.
Blue Guy: Good, because I have $80,000 in student loans that say I do.
Red Guy: You paid $80,000 to identify a color?
Blue Guy: I analyze.
Red Guy: And I agree with your analysis. That circle is blue, and the majority are red.
Blue Guy: Did you go to college?
Red Guy: You don't need a degree to understand most.
Blue Guy: That's usually what people without degrees say.
Red Guy: I'm going to explode.
Blue Guy: You understand that ignoring the blue is a form of prejudice, right?
Red Guy: Are you serious? I'm not ignoring it.
Blue Guy: Then why are you so focused on red?
Red Guy: Because my whole claim is that most of them are red.
Blue Guy: So blue doesn't matter because there's only one.
Red Guy: When did I say it didn't matter?
Blue Guy: You didn't have to.
Red Guy: Apparently I don't need to say anything. You've got my whole side covered.
Blue Guy: Have you considered how it feels to be surrounded by all that red?
Red Guy: No!
Blue Guy: Exactly.
Red Guy: Because I haven't considered how any of the circles feel.
Blue Guy: Oh, so you treat them all the same?
Red Guy: Yes.
Blue Guy: Then why did you separate them by color?
Red Guy: What is happening?
Blue Guy: And reduce blue to a statistic.
Red Guy: The red ones are also a statistic!
Blue Guy: Yeah, and they've monopolized the map.
Red Guy: Who hurt you?
Blue Guy: You're getting very defensive for someone who claims they support the blue.
Red Guy: Who's supporting? Was it running for Congress?
I don't give a rat's about the red.
I don't give a rat's about the blue.
I'm looking at 12 circles, and I'm telling you what color 11 of them are.
I don't think red is better. I don't think blue is better.
I said most! One word!
And somehow I'm standing here defending my character against a bunch of polka dots!
You want to talk about blue? Fine! It's there! It counts! It's a part of the total!Listen, you can care about something.
You can care about something deeply.
But that feeling doesn't tell you how many blue circles there are.
We still have to count.
11 red circles don't make the blue one worthless.
One blue circle doesn't make the other 11 disappear.
Both things can be true, and neither one has to make us hate each other...Green Guy: Yo, I'm not seeing a lot of green in here-
Red Guy: Son of a-
