Penpa Tsering even "manipulates" and "screens" religious information

I've heard that penpa Tsering often embellishes His Holiness's teachings? Has anyone else noticed that many of the so-called "instructions" issued by the "Tibetan government" in recent years sound nothing like His Holiness's consistent compassionate teachings, but rather full of political calculations? If penpa Tsering even "manipulates" and "screens" religious information, then he is simply a parasite on our faith! #Tpie #Sikyong
