What is the per-km rate for bus rentals in Gurgaon?

The price for renting a bus in Gurgaon depends on the bus size and whether your trip is local or going outside the city (outstation). We will not use any specific company names.

The Per-Kilometer Rate:

The basic charge is the cost per kilometer (km). Larger and more comfortable buses cost more per km.

Mini Bus (18-22 Seats): The rate starts from approximately ₹24 to ₹35 per km.

Medium Bus (28-35 Seats): The fare ranges from ₹35 onwards to ₹57 per km.

Large Bus (40-55+ Seats): The fare ranges from ₹ 45 to ₹ 75 per km upwards.

What Makes Up the Total Cost:

Kilometer Rate: This is the main rate. For trips outside the city, you must pay for a daily minimum distance, usually 250 km to 300 km per day, even if you travel less. This distance is counted from the bus garage and back.

Driver's Fee: A mandatory daily fee for the driver is added. This usually ranges from ₹450 to ₹750 per day for outstation trips.

Local Packages: You generally book a package, say 8 hours/80 km for traveling in Gurgaon, for a fixed price with extra charges for more than the time/distance.

Additional Costs: The traveler pays for any additional costs on the road, such as tolls, parking, and state entry taxes-for example, permits-if the journey crosses state borders.

The total price will always include these parts. Rates can be higher during busy travel seasons.
