Cluster B types are a good percentage of those enforcing the longhouse environment at work. They’re typically “wannabe inner school” types pushing doctrine via HR/DEI trainings & sessions.

Cluster B personality disorder traits will manifest in different but unmistakable ways, including

  1. narcissistic (communal variant: self-anointed saviors deriving status from “uplifting” victims while exploiting them for clout)

  2. borderline (black/white splitting, seeing dissent as all-bad oppression, emotional volatility creating trauma bonds via abuse/reward cycles)

  3. histrionic (dramatic outrage, attention-seeking theatrics in meetings to fuel crises & loyalty tests)

  4. antisocial (ruthless manipulation, purge lists without empathy).

All of these Cluster B types fashion themselves as elite praxis enforcers and theoretical adepts of the cult (inner school). But really, they’re insecure climbers, using cult-like tactics like synthetic guilt inducement, public shamings or mild struggle sessions, & intermittent “care” after attacks to trauma-bond other people at work into compliance.

They rationalize it as “restoring balance” or advancing justice, viewing themselves as benevolent saviors combating systemic harm. Note typical core Cluster B features: distorted self-perception, splitting (seeing others as all-bad oppressors), projection (attributing their volatility to victims’ “fragility”), & grandiosity (believing their actions are morally superior). Look, low self-awareness is a general hallmark of Cluster B, & it leads them to perceive longhousing behaviors, like pathologizing disagreement or enforcing confessions, as equitable “balance restoration,” not targeted hostility. They’ll projecting their instability onto men as “toxicity”.
