二、 正文逐句讲解 - Safety Gear on Site 工地安全装备
第1句：All Best Build employees are to report to the worksite on time and dressed for work.
所有 Best Build 的员工必须按时到工地，并且穿好工作服装报到。
- are to report是固定用法，= must，必须要... 是公司规章的语气
- worksite工地 = work + site
- on time按时
- dressed for work穿戴好适合工作的衣服
第2句：State law requires the use of safety boots and hard hats.
州法律要求必须使用安全靴和安全帽。
- State law州法律，不是公司规定，是法律强制
- require要求
- safety boots安全靴，带钢头的那种
- hard hat安全帽，工地戴的硬帽子
> 这句是考点：什么是法律强制的？就是靴子和帽子。
第3句：Earplugs are optional but highly recommended for operators of our heavy equipment, as they may prevent permanent hearing loss.**
耳塞是可选的，但强烈建议我们重型设备的操作员使用，因为它们可以防止永久性听力损失。

三、 做题
1. If you forget to bring your hard hat, your supervisor**

解析：根据第7、8句，忘了带= failing to wear necessary gear，会被要求立即离开，并且 Every instance will be documented。所以一定会记档案。A错，因为要第三次才 termination，不是第一次。C和D都和原文“will be asked to leave immediately”相反。

做题技巧总结：
1. 找关键词：required / optional / must / highly recommended，考试就考这个区别。
2. 数字要敏感：10% discount, third violation。
3. 看到 purpose / main idea 题，答案一定是概括全文的，不能太窄也不能太宽。
