b. Teachers need to focus on: Facilitating deep learning, Curriculum co-design, Assessment choreography, Digital literacy.
Transformation Requires Systemic Change: This involves new ways of thinking about leadership, teaching, curriculum, assessment, and technology (especially AI).
Urgency and Opportunity: Addressing these needs is crucial given global teacher shortages and the rapid changes impacting education.
