文化封閉強制控制（Cultural Totalizing Enclosure），指通過文化規範、宗族、宗教、榮譽觀念、社區或社會關係形成的封閉控制體系，其核心表現為對身體、精神、個人資源以及同一文化群體內的經濟與社會資源的高強度規範與控制。它使特定群體（尤其女性）在身體、性與重大人生決策上幾乎無法退出或有效反抗；正式政權常常不介入或予以默許。榮譽等核心觀念常通過羞恥、愧疚與身份認同的內化，使個體成為自我約束的執行者，也使持有同一文化的群體成員成為監控者與懲罰者。其控制效果可接近全面，但權力來源是分散的社會與文化網絡，而非中央集權的國家機器。該體系可以覆蓋廣闊地域甚至跨國存在，也能像某些黑幫或封閉性團體一樣自我繁殖與擴張。

Cultural Totalizing Enclosure refers to a closed system of control formed through cultural norms, clans/lineages, religion, honor concepts, community, or social relations. Its core lies in the high-intensity normative regulation and control of the body, the mind, personal resources, and the economic and social resources within the same cultural group. It renders specific groups (especially women) almost unable to exit or effectively resist in matters of the body, sexuality, and major life decisions. Formal state authorities often do not intervene or tacitly permit it. Core ideas such as honor are frequently internalized through shame, guilt, and identity, turning individuals into enforcers of their own constraints and turning members of the same cultural group into monitors and punishers. The effect of control can approach totality, yet the source of power is a dispersed social and cultural network rather than a centralized state apparatus. The system can cover vast territories or even operate transnationally, and it can reproduce and expand itself in a manner similar to certain gangs or closed groups.
