When I lack a sense of certainty, I spend a lot of time rehearsing life's disruptions, whether major or minor. This "spending time" is an objective description. 缺少确定感的时候。我会花费很多时间预演生活失序，或大或小。这里的花费时间就是客观的描述。因为这个动作是必要的生存技能，但是花费时间精力的多少预演的形式，分析的深度，操演的次数和结果，还有这一系列动作和结果对我其他层面（时间成本，生理影响，心理影响，决策判断等等）的影响都不是简单的维度可以衡量的。

这个相同的动作，针对不同的事情会引导出全部的不同后果；针对相同事情用不同力度也会引导出全部的不同后果；针对相同事情相同力道也会引导出全部的不同后果。
