Laughing like a kid isn’t new in our laughter yoga family—it’s something we do almost every day (Childlike Laughter). Before joining laughter yoga, I can’t even remember the last time I laughed like a child. The exercise is super easy: stretch your arms out, take a deep breath, pull your fists to your chest, hold for three seconds, then laugh out loud while exhaling. You can pat your head or slap your thighs, running around like a kid, feeling carefree like you’re young again, haha! At first, I thought it was a bit silly, but now I love doing these “silly” things! With hundreds of people joining online, it’s so fun, and after laughing, my mood feels light, and my tight shoulders relax, Then continue to work, It’s totally worth it. 瑜珈課筆記:40個基礎練習之一
像孩子般的笑,生活在大笑瑜珈的家庭裡面,肯定不會陌生,因為這個動作我們幾乎每天都做(童趣大笑)。未加入大(笑瑜珈)之前,我何時笑得像孩子呢?我都記不起了。
這動作真的很簡單,就是把手伸直,深吸一口氣,拳頭收到胸前,憋氣數三秒,然後一邊哈哈大笑一邊吐氣,你可以拍拍自己的頭,或者打打大腿,像小孩一樣到處跑,仿佛像回到小時候,無憂無慮,哈哈!起初我覺得這樣(有點傻),現在卻樂意做這些(傻事!)因為每天也有不百幾十人在線上陪伴,笑完後心情輕鬆,連肩膀的緊繃都不見了,然後繼續投入工作,那種感覺真的很值得。如果你對大笑瑜珈想知多點,請到以下連接,
