23. Laughter Yoga Food Blessing (笑聲瑜珈食物祝福)

Topic: 23. Laughter Yoga Food Blessing

Yoga Class Notes: One of 40 Foundation Exercises

I tried this exercise before lunch that day. I held my hands over a small plate of salad, feeling the heat – the vegetables were cold, the egg was hot. I chanted "hoho hahaha!" along with the rhythm. I don't usually pray, so I felt like I was casting a magic spell, haha!

As I circled my hands, I suddenly thought about how many people had handled this salad – the farmer in the wheat field, the delivery driver, the market worker. They worked hard in the sun and rain, maybe coughed from exhaustion, got angry, and took their emotions out on the food, throwing it around, and then the egg broke! Thinking about it, I laughed!

No, no, no!

Version two: It was a clear, sunny day, and everyone was happy working, carefully taking care of the food every day, waiting for their owner to take them away. Thinking about it, I laughed!

Which version do you believe? hoho…hahaha!

At that moment, my stomach was growling louder than my laughter.

After the ritual, the food seemed to smell even better!

I'll have to try this next time I eat.

瑜珈課筆記：40個基礎練習之一

那天，午餐前試了這個練習，我對著一小碟剛做好的沙律，把手懸在熱氣上方比劃，蔬菜冷，雞蛋熱。我照著節奏念 "hoho hahaha！"，我沒有祈禱的習慣，所以我覺得自己在施魔法，哈哈！

手繞圈圈時，突然想到這碟沙律從麥田的農夫、運貨的司機、市場的店員，真的經過好多人的手。日曬雨淋，大家做到氣咳，接著發脾氣，情緒都發洩在食物身上，亂丟亂跑，然後雞蛋爛了！念著念著自己笑出來！

不，不，不，

版本二. 天清氣朗，大家工作很開心，心情愉快，每天都小心翼翼照料食物，善待客人，等待主人接走它們，念著念著自己笑出來！

你相信哪個版本？呵呵...哈哈哈！

這刻，我的肚餓的聲音比笑聲還大。
