10. Gradual Laughter

In this "Laughter Yoga" class, "gradual laughter" means starting with gentle giggles. The laughter is soft and relaxing, like a light spring breeze. As time passes, the laughter gets louder, and everyone's mood rises. In that moment, I felt a wonderful connection, and my room was filled with a joyful atmosphere.


Then, the laughter reached its peak, and everyone laughed out loud, not caring how they looked. This happiness was so real that I forgot about life's worries. The laughter echoed in the air, making me feel incredibly relaxed and free.


At the end, my cheeks were slightly warm from laughing, and my heart was full of gratitude. This wasn't just a class, but a cleansing of the soul.


10. 漸層大笑

結束時,我的臉頰因為笑而微微發熱,心中充滿了感激。這不僅僅是一堂課,更是一次心靈的洗滌。
